MasterKey
Club
The
MasterKey Club is a united effort on the part of your friends and
neighbors to assure continued quality health care for the people of
Highlands, Cashiers, and the surrounding communities. Annual
contributions by MasterKey members to the Highlands-Cashiers Hospital
Foundation represent a strong commitment, both now and for the future,
to that goal.
Established in 1985, the Hospital Foundation provides the basis of
ongoing financial support for new programs, service, and equipment
needed to ensure that quality health care is always available here.
The MasterKey Club, founded in 1991, recognizes and honors the
commitment and generosity of a select group of contributors - people
who recognize the importance of state-of-the-art medical care for
themselves, their families and others.
Annual Fund:
Gifts at every level given to the HCH Foundation's Annual Fund are
greatly needed and appreciated. Thanks to the generosity of
innumerable donors throughout our communities, HCH is able to sustain
first quality health care services for all patients who come to us in
need of medical care.

As a
MasterKey Club member, you will receive a number of special benefits
recognizing your commitment to support Highlands-Cashiers Hospital
through the Foundation.
Among them are:
A personal membership
card.
Medical information on
file with us when you need care.
Personal assistance from
an insurance councilor, if desired.
Your name prominently
displayed (with permission) in the lobby of the Hospital.
Complimentary health
screenings at one of several special screenings each summer.
A set of brass MasterKey
coasters.
Special discounts on
non-medical services such as HealthTacks memberships and Healing Touch
Massage services.
Complimentary flu shots
(as vaccine is available).
Eligibility
for MasterKey
Membership
Membership in MasterKey Club honors a significant ongoing commitment
to the Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Foundation. All donations to the
Foundation are greatly appreciated, however MasterKey privileges are
extended to individuals who pledge a minimum of $5,000, payable over a
period of one to five years.
These
donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Joining
MasterKey is as easy as completing a gift agreement Form that may be
obtained by calling us at the number below, or by printing out the
Gift Agreement Form using the link below. Highlands-Cashiers Hospital
Foundation looks forward to a special relationship with you as a
member of the MasterKey Club.
